Oversaw and executed both day-to-day activities and long-term strategic partnerships for 50% of company’s book of business. Nurtured employer partner relationships and regularly presented to executives regarding product demos, adoption and engagement marketing campaigns, data analysis, and impact reporting.
Created and implemented standardized rollout program kit and best practices along with highly specialized and targeted enablement and brand awareness campaigns. Increased conversion by over 100% as a result of experimental efforts through email, landing page and onboarding tests.
Worked cross-functionally to research, test and evaluate new product strategies around the product first time user experience, mobile functionalities and employer data integration leading to faster and more impactful releases.
Founded and implemented HelloWallet’s member ambassador program, coordinated social media engagement campaigns and provided 100+ training presentations to groups as large as 400 people leading to more engaged users and improved impact metrics.
Identified and analyzed issues, patterns, and trends in member requests and feedback; diagnosed and communicated product performance issues to product team and leadership creating informational and training kits for member education and support.
